Balanced working

We want to support and enhance the work life of our employees. This is why we offer a balanced working schedule where most staff are expected to work in a Hays office 3 days a week and remote for 2 days. As our consultants achieve performance milestones, they can become eligible for in-office for 2 days a week.

We hope that by providing our staff with freedom and flexibility in how they work, we will be able to continue to cultivate the high levels of productivity, engagement and loyalty that makes Hays such a rewarding place to work.
