"The main reason why I choose for a career within Hays is the personal and respectful way Hays consultants work with people. Business development is important and necessary in this position, but a good and healthy work environment as well. Hays offers the possibility to develop your skills and grow within the national and international structure Hays is. It has the benefits of an international company, but it maintained the personal touch for which Hays is well-known. This is the reason why our clients work and stay with Hays.
The first year was incredible. I arrived in a great team (Bruges office) and got the opportunity to develop my own region. I am responsible for the whole recruitment process from A tot Z, managing different jobs within the field of Accounting & Finance. In this position I meet people with different backgrounds in different positions - graduate to CFO - as a client or candidate. In over a year I was promoted from Consultant to Senior Consultant and now Team Leader. I manage a team and I am accomodated and challenged to take the next step and now we are already focusing on the next step.
As a Hays Consultant you are able to manage the whole recruitment process from A tot Z. You are part of a great team and you are able to develop your skills and career within an international company. These possibilities make this a very rewarding and motivating job.
The sky is the limit. If you work hard, the results will come and the next step will be there for you. In my first year I got to the Top-3 consultants in Belgium and was rewarded with a promotion and a trip to Marrakech to meet the best consultants worldwide. I can say that the first year was amazing, but also symbolic for the "Hays way": if you go for it, you will be rewarded.
If you like a challenge, if you like to social interact and you want to make a nice career within a multinational company with tons of possibilities, Hays offers the challenge you need. Hays offers you all the tools for a wonderful career, but it is the consultant who makes it happen."
